Ashtanga Yoga is a continuous, flowing, fast paced style of yoga working with a set series of movements. Ashtanga is designed to generate heat (tapas) so that anything extra, physical or mental, is cleared away. As the primary series is demanding you will build strength and concentration quickly.
We will work loosely with the first half of the primary series one week, and the second half the following week, however you can dip in and out without concern for which week you are entering.
Ashtanga is great for anyone who enjoys a challenge and loves structure.
