Join Becky in our new course focusing on mindfulness and self empowerment to bolster confidence and boost emotional resilience. The sessions incorporate gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness to enhance self-confidence, emotional stability, body positive language, strengthen general posture along with improving both inner and physical strength. The techniques used are accessible to all and easily adaptable into your everyday life. No prior experience of Yoga or other fitness activities are required. Small group size. Teens 11+ welcome to attend with a participating adult.
