This is a traditional yoga class working with breath, posture and relaxation to leave feeling stretched, strengthened and relaxed. Variations are offered on more advanced postures to ensure every participant enjoys a safe and varied class to develop their personal practice. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration, mindfulness and breath control. For a complete practice each class works with breath, meditation and relaxation to bring mind, body and soul into a happy balance. This class is suitable for all abilities.
