Take your practice off the mat and into the air with aerial yoga. Suitable for complete beginners and those with no yoga experience, learn to work with the fabric to increase flexibility and strength, lengthen and stretch the back and enjoy a deep relaxation to close. The most fun you can have while getting fit at the same time. Working one person to each hammock we will work with both grounded and air based movements to move your body in new ways. On completion of the course you will have mastered the basics and be ready to progress to more complex moves. We operate a swap board system if classes need to be rearranged (subject to availability).
