DURHAM - June/July Sunday 5pm Complete Beginners Aerial Yoga Course

Payment is for the full 7 week course. Take your practice off the mat and into the air with aerial yoga. Suitable for complete beginners and those with no yoga experience, learn to work with the fabric to increase flexibility and strength, lengthen and stretch the back and enjoy a relaxation to close. The most fun you can have while getting fit at the same time. Working one person to each hammock we will work with both grounded and air based movements to move your body in new ways. This course is suitable for complete beginners and those with no aerial experience. We operate a swap board system if classes need to be rearranged (subject to availability).
